Regardless of what the numerology portends, I find myself inspired by the notion that both the day and the action of launching a business can find such a coincidental overlap in naming.

Leap Day. Leap of faith. Leap of belief… all of that I suppose.

With all of the unknown ahead I find myself reflecting on the nearly sixteen years of my career that have brought me to this moment and the work, people and places that have helped shape my perspective on it all.
